Britney is finally being taken seriously. In case you haven’t seen it, the pregnant Britney Spears is now a statue. I personally think it is great to celebrate the magic that is having a child. However, this statue is a little bit - ahem - suggestive. Does she really need to be prone and naked? (although it makes the statue that much more appealing to guys!). Despite rumors that Paris Hilton’s romance with Greek billion-heir Stavros Niarchos had gone belly-up after six months, they were twice snapped by paparazzi last week in Los Angeles, shopping on Wednesday and hitting hot spot Teddy’s on Saturday.

In separate news, but related - the New York Post says Stav supposedly stands to inherit $275 million when he turns 21 next month. Nice.

Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz have been together for almost three years. Are they in it for the long haul? It depends on who you believe.

“Justin has told friends he’s ‘confused,’” a source blabs to the New York Daily News. “He likes Cameron a lot. But he’s 25. He says he just doesn’t know how committed he can be. He needs space. Cameron is a little controlling.”

Timberlake’s representative, however, dismisses the talk, telling the paper, “It’s complete garbage.”

A Diaz insider agrees, revealing to Us Weekly that the paparazzi-hating pair doesn’t plan to tie the knot but will be “life partners” like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.

Glad to see that Paris is partying again. According to this, she broke up with hubby Stavros Niarchos and has been seen with the likes of: actor Simon Rex, Olympic hottie Jeremy Bloom (and was denied?), USC quarterback Matt Leinart, and “The O.C.’s” Benjamin McKenzie. Looks like we are in for some good Paris Hilton gossip over the next few weeks.

Our series on “Celebrities doing ordinary things” continues with Jessica Simpson filling up her gas tank. Looks like she actually ran out of gas before making it to the station.

Star magazine is “reporting” that Demi and Ashton are expecting a baby. According to the article, Demi was spotted shopping at an upscale Los Angeles baby store, and was overheard picking out items and saying, “I’d like this for the baby.” Maybe she was really just shopping for Ashton? Reading the fine print, we realized that no, actually, Demi and Ashton are just planning on pulling an Angelina Jolie/Meg Ryan and adopting a baby, possibly from China or another country. No “miracle baby” at 43. We’ll leave that to Madonna.
